Leasing To Other Stagers

Our extensive inventory allows us the flexibility to lease furniture to other stagers. We are always adding new manufacturers and items to our inventory keeping items up to date and in good condition. As the inventory continues to grow we are able to rent more and more furniture to fellow stagers. Our fleet of trucks allows us to deliver all of the furniture to you and our distribution crew is very helpful often placing the furniture exactly where you want it. Because we work with stagers we also offer rental on a month to month basis which many companies will not do. We work closely with fellow stagers to help them achieve their staging goals.

Corporate Relocation

We have a full inventory of home goods to completely set up homes, condos and apartments for short or long term contracts. Furniture, kitchenware, towels, rugs, televisions etc. can be installed at a moment's notice to help "set up house" and ease the stress of relocation.

Packing Service

If you are moving we are able to come in and professionally pack up as little or as much as you would like. We can also then arrange for storage or shipment. We also are able to acquire portable storage units (such as P.O.D.S.) to be delivered to your property so that packed boxes can be dealt with. For the urban condo owner, portable units can be delivered and left in metered spaces on the street in front of your home. This needs to be pre-arranged with the city and can be handled by Setting The Space.

Furniture Sales

Setting the Space also offers the ability to sell furniture. As our product line and inventory continue to grow we are able to offer furniture sales to match any style and for any situation.
