Return Policy

Stock furniture, lamps, rugs and accessories may be returned within 15 days. All items must be returned in the same condition as received. After inspection, a credit or refund will be issued.

Items that are not eligible for return:

  • Special Orders and Outdoor Furniture are non-refundable.
  • Custom upholstery and special orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
    • A 50% deposit is required and non-refundable.

Setting the Space cannot be responsible for the following:

  • Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances
  • The appearance of natural elements.
    • The beauty of natural materials such as leather and wood is often depicted by their own characteristics and no two will ever be the same. We are not responsible for unique differences.
  • Furniture that does not fit into your home.
    • The customer is responsible for verifying all entry measurements. Please inspect all furniture at the time of delivery. Any defects must be reported at the time of delivery.
  • Any defects reported after the delivery is complete.
    • The customer agrees to pay the balance in full prior to scheduling delivery or pick up.
    • Furniture deliveries are subject to a non-refundable fee.
