Blair Hamaty is the Chairman and Exectuive Managing Officer of Setting The Space. Having started Setting The Space in 2006 as a small scale home staging company Blair has overseen the direction and growth of the company from day one. His background in retail furniture and home decor developed a flair for merchandising and the ability to redesign vignettes to always have a fresh appeal to customers. Naturally, this made him an adept home stager. Blair's experience in textiles and custom furniture design allowed him to use his talents to guide people toward their personal style. Because of this, Blair achieved a niche of providing high-end staging and became known and in demand for his service. Blair's natural marketing ability and business sense allowed him to build up a strong customer base as well as an extensive furniture inventory strongly contributing to Setting The Space becoming the area's premier home staging company. Over time Blair has overseen the company's continued growth and expansion of its services. Along with staging, Setting the Space also offers furniture rental and a wide variety of interior design services as well as a full design showroom called Setting The Space Interiors. As the company grows, the same basic motto and commitment exist as when the company was formed. Blair continues to pride himself on unflinching customer service and works tirelessly with each client toward their goals. Blair is a member of the Association of Staging Professionals, through StagedHomes.com, as well as the International Association of Home Staging Professionals. He is also President of the local chapter of home stagers called B.I.R.C.( Boston International Regional Chapter). He also proudly oversees a yearly charity event to benefit a needy cause through staging/decorating.

Will is the Vice President and Creative Director of Setting The Space. Will joined the company in 2006 in order to help Blair keep up with the demand of his newly formed staging business. With the ability to do anything from, driving the truck and moving furniture to helping with staging design, Will quickly made himself irreplaceable. Will's innate talent, sense of style and ability to transform spaces with paint and color alone make him a natural asset to the Setting The Space team. He is an esteemed and sought after color consultant as well as a certified decorator and instructor for decorative finishes having studied at the renowned Decorating Masters Institute in Florida. His experience in dealing with textiles, finishes and all the things that combine to make a space feel right is tantamount to Setting The Space. Will is responsible for buying all merchandise at Setting The Space and has no problem dealing with junkets or far off places to retrieve THE item a client needs. He fearlessly stocks the warehouse with all the right pieces for our stagers to retrieve for staging jobs and tirelessly selects each piece which is chosen for staging projects. He also is responsible for designing the company's showroom and having the final say in almost all interior design projects. Will is a member of the Association of Staging Professionals and International Association of Home Staging Professionals.
Lead Designer

Sue joined Setting the Space early in 2008 becoming the company's third staging specialist. As an already successful and accomplished stager in her own right, Sue brings enormous talent and boundless energy to projects. Her appreciation and complete understanding of the need for minimalism tempered with artful style made her a natural addition to the Setting The Space team. She was quickly named the company's Lead Designer. Along with Will, she helps stock the warehouses with staging furniture and chooses pieces for individual jobs. Sue also helped design the showroom and is on the forefront of all of the company's design jobs. Her organizational skills,coupled with her speed and determination, put clients at ease. Clients also appreciate her warm thoughtfulness and caring nature as she determines their individual needs in order to accomplish the goal at hand. Sue's quiet resolve to meet challenges intrinsic to staging and design make her a leader in her field. She is an Associated Staging Professional as well as a member of the International Association of Home Staging professionals.

Francine is an experienced Realtor and also and Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). She is the 2010 President of the B.I.R.C. ( Boston International Regional Chapter) of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP). She joined Setting the Space early in 2010 to act as the companies Sales Director. With valuable knowledge of both the Real Estate Market and the needs of realtors and homeowners she is able to convey the benefit of Staging Homes to others. Francine is also a Realtor in Milton in the Greater Boston Area. She brings enthusiasm and commitment to working in partnership with Realtors and Homeowners to make selling your property a positive experience.

Caroline moved from the Netherlands to Belgium, Florida, Virginia and Massachusetts in a time-span of 10 years, and has now been settled for the last 6 years with her family on the South Shore of Massachusetts. The frequent moves and quick sales of three homes made her realize her passion for decorating and getting homes ready for the real estate market as well as organize the moves. Since Caroline is here to stay now, she decided to make her love for staging her profession. Caroline contacted Setting the Space in the Spring of 2010, because she needed furniture for one of her clients and has since been working with the company on various staging projects. Caroline's contribution in the Home Staging business is to demonstrate how innovative and problem-solving staging can be in order to be successful in terms of selling and profitability and revenue generation for the client. Caroline is an accredited home stager through the Haverhill Institute of Staging and Design.

As an accomplished real estate agent, Cyndi was always looking for new ways to give her clients an advantage over the rest of the market. After having a few of her listings staged she developed a strong working relationship with Setting the Space. Through this relationship, the two sides soon became impressed with one another's talents and work ethic. Cyndi joined the Setting the Space team in 2008 and became an immediate asset to the team. Her background gave her invaluable knowledge of the real estate market and helped Cyndi to develop a strong attention to detail, amazing work ethic and incomparable organizational skill. Cyndi was named the company's Project Director and put in charge of numerous tasks, including scheduling endless appointments, deliveries, and pick-ups of staging projects. She is also responsible for placing furniture orders, setting up delivery times and overseeing the entire product inventory. Cyndi is also a member of the Association of Staging Professionals as well as the International Association of Home Staging Professionals.
