Refund Policy

STORE POLICY:
STOCK FURNITURE, LAMPS, RUGS AND ACCESSORIES MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED AFTER INSPECTION A CREDIT (OR REFUND W/IN 7 DAYS) WILL BE ISSUED. SPECIAL ORDERS AND OUTDOOR FURNITURE ARE NON REFUNDABLE. CUSTOM UPHOLSTERY AND SPECIAL ORDERS MAY NOT BE CANCELLED ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED, A MINIMUM DEPOSIT OF 50% IS REQUIRED AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE. SETTING THE SPACE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. THE BEAUTY OF NATURAL MATERIALS SUCH AS LEATHER AND WOOD IS THAT EACH WILL HAVE THEIR OWN CHARACTERISTICS AND NO TWO WILL EVER BE THE SAME. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NATURAL DIFFERENCES . CUSTOMER MUST PAY BALANCE IN FULL PRIOR TO SCHEDULING DELIVERY OR PICK UP. FURNITURE DELIVERIES ARE SUBJECT TO A FEE AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. SETTING THE SPACE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FURNITURE THAT DOES NOT FIT INTO YOUR HOME. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING ALL ENTRY MEASUREMENTS. PLEASE INSPECT ALL FURNITURE AT TIME OF DELIVERY. ANY DEFECTS MUST BE REPORTED AT TIME OF DELIVERY. SETTING THE SPACE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DEFECTS REPORTED AFTER THE DELIVERY MEN HAVE LEFT. FLOOR SAMPLES THAT ARE DISCOUNTED ARE SOLD IN "AS-IS" CONDITION AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE FOR ANY REASON.
